As editor and social media strategist, Emily creates, edits, and manages content of all kinds for the Learning Abroad Center and other units in the Global Programs and Strategy Alliance. She has 20 years of consumer and technical editing, proofreading, and writing experience and strives to produce high-quality content, guide the growth of her employees, and advance equity and diversity in the workplace.

Emily holds a bachelor's degree in English from Carleton College and is pursuing a Master of Public Affairs degree from the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
