Denetra Cade serves as the Human Resources Lead for the Global Programs and Strategy (GPS) Alliance, providing strategic HR leadership, consultation, and support across the unit. In her role, she partners closely with senior leadership, managers, and employees to navigate complex employee relations matters, workforce planning, organizational development, and University policies and practices. She provides guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and organizational change, ensuring HR strategies align with both operational needs and institutional priorities.
