Alex Gu
Dr. Alex Gu is a vice president of the National Innovation Center Par Excellence (Yangtze Delta) in China. Prior to his current post, Dr. Gu was the deputy executive director of the Institute of Microelectronics (IME) Singapore and a principal scientist at Honeywell International, Inc. (USA), Sensors and Wireless Lab.
Dr. Gu brings 20+ years of experience in R&D, management, and commercialization in the field of MEMS sensors. Dr. Gu's work mainly focus on piezoelectric aluminum nitride (AlN) thin film and related MEMS sensors including ultrasonic proximity sensor, piezoelectric microphones and speakers, and ultrasonic flowmeters, etc.
