Tami Jauert is the HR Director for the Global Programs and Strategy Alliance at the University of Minnesota. Her work ranges from payroll oversight to employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and international employment. Tami has a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University and is a certified Senior Human Resource Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management.
